For magazine subscriptions, you will receive the next issue of the
magazine(s)
following the date of your subscription.

For books
and reports where FHG acts as a sales agent for the original
publisher,
the original publisher will be responsible for delivery and
their
terms and conditions will be specified individually for each
relevant
item.

Books and reports

For books and reports where FHG acts as a sales agent for the original
publisher, the refunds and returns policy will be specified individually
for each item.

Magazines

All subscriptions to magazines published by Faversham House Group Ltd,
may be cancelled at any time. You will be refunded pro rata for any
issues not yet sent out upon receipt of your written notice of
cancellation, minus a £10 administration fee.
